This quilt was beautifully pieced by B. Newhouse. Continuing with the sun feeling, I quilted rays around each of the circles with concentric circles inside each of them. Rays were also quilted around the outside border with a looping swirl design in the setting triangles around the inside edge of the border. Grid lines were quilted in each of the three zig zag piecing patterns across the quilt to accentuate the curved quilting.
