I wanted to make a wholecloth quilt that was entirely my own design. I started with a center medallion set on point and then continued the design in the corners connected by crosshatching and feathered vines. In 2014, it won 1st at MQS, BOS and Best Longarm quilting at the NE State Fair, and NQA award for quilting merit, 2nd at Machine Quilting Today, 1st at MQX, and HM at PIQF.
