This is an adorable pattern designed by Pam Bono . It originally appeared in Better Homes and Gardens in 1981. It features 20 different appliquéd, embroidered and quilted blocks of various means of transportation; bike, submarine, tank, tractor, and hot air balloon to name a few. This particular quilt was made for my sons who absolutely love it.
